About me:

My name is Mike and I'm a huge huge dork who listens to music the way most people watch television. It's the reason I get out of bed in the morning( ....okay sometimes not until after noon! )When not listening to the stuff, I'm working on/recording my own music( mainly for my own entertainment and enjoyment.) Also love to draw and paint and have worked on some independent comics and had my artwork published in several tattoo magazines: Tattoo Flash, Tattoo Savage, etc. I've got a few pieces in my photo section here if you want see my work. Also, you can check out my music right here on myspace at these pages: www.myspace.com/dreamgazeband or www.myspace.com/spiralpath

Who I'd like to meet:

ON MYSPACE: Artists, art lovers, Musicians, music geeks, Sci-Fi & Fantasy peeps, Comic readers, creative types in general. I'm always accepting friend requests from bands. It's one of the main reasons I'm on myspace. I love to hear and support new music whenever possible. IN REAL LIFE: Robin Guthrie, Liz Fraser, Simon Raymonde, Robert Smith, Simon Gallup, Peter Murphy, Daniel Ash, David J., Johnny Marr, Morrissey, Siouxsie Siou, Bernard Sumner, Peter Hook Adam Jones, Maynard Keenan

    Hello,
We are really excited to release our new video "New Beginning's". We had an amazing time filming it and really hope our friends enjoy watching it. Our CD is more than half way done and we are hoping for a release in Oct. Thanks so much for all of the support, comments and e-mails that make us smile and give us much inspiration to keep making the music we love.

Thanks Wooley, We sure appreciate hearing from you. It means a lot to us. We have been hard at work here getting a CD together. The material really is heading in a shoegaze direction keeping a bit of pop sense to the tunes.
You guys will be the first to debut the CD when it is done. That is a promise.

    Hope all is well,
    Doug

Hmmm...I am curious and eager for this news.

No problem man! The guy I spoke with was a real good man, apparently half Polish! He dug the idea of Hamtramck! At any rate, should be a good night! I really admire you and your taste. Its such a shame that Bell Hollow bit the dust. Sheesh.

I recieved Blacklist's debut album in the mail today! Its fabulous. Wierd records really takes care of me, and is fully supporting Something Cold. I hope in time to come we're the Wierd of the midwest!
