About me: The Woosh.ji.een Dance Group was formed in the Spring of 2003. Our members include traditional Elders, Tribal Leaders, families & educators. We represent many tribal nations.
Our dance group is comprised of 60 plus members. On average we have 20 to 30 members for any given performance. Our performance time averages 15 minutes to an hour. We meet once a week for nine months of the year. We use this time to reinforce traditional knowledge and ensure excellent performances! We have performed for many public functions including those for SEARHC, Juneau School District, University of Alaska, and Celebration 2006, 2008. We include audience participation with invitational drumming and dancing. Each performance is tailored to our audience.

How are you doing? I'm doing good, it's nice to be home. I've been busy with preparing for the wedding, it's coming up so quick. How is the totem pole project going? I hope it is going well. Alright, I just wanted to say hi. Take care and I will talk to you later!
I think you are one of my HOTTEST FRIENDS, so I nominated you for my Hot Friends list. But are you really HOT enough to be on Hotties for Sale? Find out!

It makes me happy to see that you & your Family & Friends are doing well! How have things been going for the Auke Kwan?! I have been out on the Round Valley Reservation since Oct. It is beautiful there in the Golden Hills of Northern California amongst the Red Tail Hawk, Black Oak and of course the Crow. I am back in Utah now eating Elk & Blue Grouse, Mmmmmmmmmm. Recieved my 1st medicine bag last season,...which unfortunately left me when I was in Girdwood. Arghhhhh! (Guess I'll have to do a sweat)and also a Ribbon Shirt from my Zuni Brothers here in Utah. I brought the ROADMAN who gave it to me an Eagle Feather from Auke Bay......Good Stuff. I am going to try & return in the Spring on my way up to HAINES & Yakutat to do some filming. Might be a good time to get some of your Man's tales on film.
I am almost legal..... its a boring life as a mortal. When the Woosh.ji.een DANCE ALL IS WELL IN THE UNIVERSE!
