About me:
Kudzu is a type of ivy, originally from Japan, which grows rampantly in the Southern region of the United States. Considered by most a tiresome weed, kudzu is a beautiful deep-green plant which could cover a building, say an eyesore of a modern building, in three days. (Consider it.)
Words Like Kudzu Press is interested in the power of words and the poetic to recover and transform.
Words Like Kudzu Press began in Greenpoint, Brooklyn in 2000. Focussing on experimental writing and poetry by women and other outsiders, WLK has published novellas, anthologies, monologues, broadsides, chapbooks, and pamphlets.
