Stella, Guinness, Hobgoblin, London Pride, Budweiser, Diet Coke, ladies breasts, good tunes and good food. Think that covers it.
Sounds Like
Well, as a covers band its hard not to sound like someone else, but the music is blessed with our own not so subtle twist. From Reel Big Fish, without the horn section to Greenday via noise and reggae and punk.
Record Label
In the middle, hard to read with turntable running
Wordsworth are a lowly covers band from Northampton in the United Kingdom.
They have never managed to appear in the nations media, will never be signed to a minor (let alone major) record label, will never be famous, will never make a 4million video to accompany a No.1 hit single, will never walk the red carpet to the MTV awards to collect the award for best rock act, will never have a string of Hollywood babes as ex-girlfriends, will never wear too much jewellery and will never own Ferrari’s. They’re not bothered though, they simply don’t have the time for all these things, too busy at work doing real jobs. For Wordsworth its about having fun, plain and simple.
Yes for you musical purists the mere mention of a covers band is enough to have you running for cover but if you want a laugh and want to enjoy a few good tunes, check the guys out, have a few drinks, kick back and have fun.
