whats goin on man. i just got your 6 Step 8 week program last night, and im going to start it on monday. i was in the navy and went to buds but broke 2 of ribs during hell week, most likely because i wasnt in good enough shape, so since ive been out i have been looking for a program that i really like and want to get involved with. ill let you know how im doin with your program along the way! also thanks for your service in Iraq. alright take it easy bro!
