Elliot Eastwicks World Famous Pub Quiz was born in 1999 in honour of tiny purple bastard Prince.
Since then it has gathered breakneck pace and smashed all pub quiz records. 2000, 2001, 2002 National Quiz Union winner. EEWFPQ was started to brighten up a schoolnight without raving too hard. It didnt quite work out that way. Past quizzes have seen running races up and down Oldham St, womens arm wrestling, and gargling Take That with 30 year old whiskey.
Elliot Eastwicks World Famous Pub Quiz puts the FUN in 'FUN'. Having quizzed backstage at Glastonbury for Coldplay and the Gallagher Brothers, live on T4 with Vernon Kaye and Romeo, or at a Texas music festival for seriously unamused Americans.
Cheap to play, bad prizes, bad jokes, basically a night of being insulted by a bald manc and getting drunk.
