About me: This is a charity event being put together by the workers at Mexico Road Pizza Hut. We had food, drinks, and of course live music.
The event took place at the O'fallon Elks Lodge 1163 Tom Ginnever Ave
This event was on October 12 starting at 12pm and ending at around 9.
100% of the profits went go to World Hunger Relief through the program Pizza Hut has set up.
We raised a $1028 to donate to help fight world hunger in the corse of 9 hours. Thats 4112 kids fed from one event that was put together in less than two weeks.
I just want to give another huge thanks to all the bands the played and all the people that come out to the event.
We plan on doing this again next year and are hoping to get it alot bigger since we have alot more time to plan and advertise. So make sure you tell all your friends about it and if you are intersted in playing next year get in touch with us.
Who I'd like to meet: All the many people coming to this event and donate for world hunger relief.
