TAKE PUNK ROCK ENERGY, SIDESPLITTING LYRICS, SPECIAL EFFECTS A LA ED WOOD AND THE HOTTEST SIDEKICK SINCE JAR JAR BINKS, AND WHAT HAVE YOU GOT? YOU'VE GOT SCOTTY ISERI HEADLINING THE BIG ROCK SHOW - THE WORLD'S SMALLEST STADIUM ROCK CONCERT
The unashamed love child of Biz Markee and Randy Newman, Scotty Iseri is at the vanguard of Post-Stadium-Pre-Rock-Half-Jap Core, and is the one-man juggernaut behind The Big Rock Show, combining extreme showmanship, clever songwriting, and embarrassingly lo-fi special effects to produce the hottest underground cult hit since the Olsen Twins.
The Big Rock Show debuted in 2002 at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. It has since been performed at high-end venues including the infamous Dante's Lounge in Portland, The Underground Lounge, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, the Neo-Futurarium, the Beat Kitchen, Red Line Tap, the Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival, and Scotty's second cousin Larry's Bar Mitzvah.
Featuring potential chart-toppers as "Scotty Goes Home Alone Ad Nauseum," and the left-wing anthem "Jerry Falwell (The 9/11 Tribute)," the live concert CD of the hit stage show is a must have for any music afficionado and can be found at CD BABY and TOWER RECORDS, but real insiders will scramble to catch Scotty, Tim the Roadie, and The Big Rock Show at a venue near you.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Rocking audiences from Atlanta to Seattle, Scotty Iseri is a profesional sound designer, composer, and veteran of such heavy-hitting bands as Freddie Newport and the Southside Six, Why Democracy Doesn't Work, and Republican Fundraiser. After penning such seminal hits as "The Band That Never Gets Laid," and "Scotty on a Vespa," he grew weary of the coke-fueled semen-stained rock 'n roll lifestyle, and decided to go on the road as a skinny, whiny, coffeeshop singer.
Fortunately, this only lasted for about 20 minutes.
But the quiet, subdued atmosphere of the coffeeshop circuit, and Scotty's violent disruption thereof, inspired what has come to be known by literally tens of people as The Big Rock Show.
A brown-eyed moptop Virgo, Scotty likes Pina Coladas, taking walks in the rain, and throwing things at Tim the Roadie.

Sorry I didn't see more of y'all on Saturday... but you know how it is: when you start running with the B&Cs, you don't always have as much time for your G-list friends...

Hey Scotty! Still have to say that the $7 I spent on your live album in Evanston 3+ years ago is the best $7 I have ever spent! :) What have you been up to?
