Quality, Class and Sincerity best describe the WORLEY QUARTET. Charles and Deborah Worley along with their sons Brian and Josh make up this quartet. They convey to the audience their testimony through music. The listener quickly notices their smooth family harmony and perfection in their technique. The purpose of their ministry is to provide a meaningful worship service for the saved and to evangelize to the lost.
The group’s dedication to spreading the gospel is evident in their backgrounds. Charles and Deborah Worley have devoted more than 40 years to singing about the gospel of Jesus Christ. Both started singing at a young age in their local church. In the early 70's they formed their own group, the Gospel Patriots, out of Cincinnati, Ohio. In addition to managing their own group, they have traveled with various groups in the Cincinnati area. Deborah has also served as music minister and piano player for their church. Charles sings the Bass part for the group while Deborah provides the Alto part.
At a young age, Brian started traveling with his family group, the Worleys. It wasn't until 2004 that he started to sing professionally. It was at this time that he accepted a position singing with Cloid and Debbie Baker (Forgiven Trio) out of Indiana. While traveling with the Forgiven Trio, he learned how to present the gospel to a wider audience. He also had the honor of sharing the stage with many gospel pioneers as well as prominent groups of today. In 2006, he had the desire to form a quartet with a pure classic sound. Brian's unique tenor voice has been compared to great tenors of the past.
Josh also started to sing at a young age, with his family. He has also had the privilege of filling in for other traveling groups. His Baritone voice is very mature, beyond his age. The smooth sound of his voice has been pleasing the ears of audiences everywhere he sings.
The WORLEY QUARTET has been recognized in several online and printed southern gospel publications. They have also been the featured group on numerous radio programs throughout the United States.
Just stopping by to say hello and to keep in touch! I've been busy writing songs and yesterday I posted a country ballad on my page called 'Tomorrow Never Comes' written by myself and Jarle Mogard. Raine
Grace to you and peace from GOD our Father and the LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Proverbs 3: 5-10 "Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine. "
Thanks for the friendship. We really love your music, especially the sounds reminiscent of J.D.Sumner & Stamps Quartet. May God richly bless your gospel music ministry.
