Jim Shoulders - The 16-time world champion cowboy, who passed away June 20, 2007, will be honored at the Legends of ProRodeo Breakfast on December 7 at the South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Jim has been named recipient of the 2nd annual Legend of ProRodeo award for “outstanding leadership in the arena, in the home and in the community.” The award will be accepted by Jim’s wife, Sharon.
