About me:

Well, I grew up in Joisey near Cherry Hill and Philly (Delran, to be exact). I still consider myself to be a "Jersey girl", and I get excited when I see Jersey mentioned or used as a setting in movies. I like to blurt out fun facts like, "Hey, have you ever seen Harold & Kumar go to White Castle? Well, that's the White Castle I used to go to, and I got food poisoning from there and threw up in that parking lot!!" (True Story) I went to school in Towson, MD and I've been in the Baltimore area ever since. I'm pretty sure I'll be here for life...though a recent first trip to Los Angeles has made me question that. We'll see where that goes.

I work for the Baltimore City Paper which is pretty damn cool. I help with advertising stuffs, and also just recently started helping with the tons of events the paper runs each year. It's what I've always wanted to do here and I'm so happy to finally have my foot in that door!

I read too much into everything and over-analyze everything. This means that I will find a far deeper meaning when you say "hello" to me than anyone ever will in your life. It's a particularly stellar quality of mine. (*snort*)

I get cabin fever very easily, and although I have a tendency to "stay in" many nights, it'll all build up and then I'll be out late for nights in a row...then it's back to the usual sitting in front of the television. I'm often bitter that as I get older, my will to get all dressed up to go out grows fainter. I was once a club rat in a former life, but I outgrew it.

Music means a lot to me. I've been known to have the soundtrack to Miss Saigon, Empires by VNV Nation and Dr. Feelgood by Crue in my car's CD player all at the same time. At the heart of me, though, is a cock rock, hair/glam chick. I danced around my room as a kid to the stuff, and to this day, nothing gets me as pumped.

I wear far too much makeup when I go out, and I have a SEVERE weakness for drag queens. **This does NOT mean that I'm looking for drag queens to email me and tell me all of the dirty things about themselves. Seriously, you're just wasting your time...I can hit that "delete" and "mark as spam" button quicker than a motha fucka.**

I have a horrible camera addiction. No, I'm not very skilled, but I ALWAYS have my camera on me and post car too many pictures in my LiveJournal. Chances are that when you meet me, I'll have a camera in my purse and I'll use it to abuse your image. Chances are also that I'll never ask you to take my picture, but since I'm always the one behind the camera, I like pictures of me to be taken. Vain? Sure, why not. Call it what you will.
