There are lots of rock acts that emerge in the music space, and some of them earned worldwide credit, doing something good in recording, some has a label while some are independent and needs more exposures to media. But only few from these bands stick to the real tune and some are forcefully retune their music just to be liked by the listeners, but the point is and what matters most is the dedication that drives the motion of the song when it was made. Moving more underground acts to come out in the open and the band that presently penetrated the weather of the town is the WRECKAGE OF ELMO, politically charged agro-rock pundits staring their claim to this country’s pliable minds. WRECKAGE OF ELMO is rock band comprising mainly of optimistic guys from PALMA and professed that styles in this Philippine rock music have been evolve and been arrived into genre combination, that’s what this band has to offer, WRECKAGE OF ELMO has arrived on its right time to be heard and to reunify the true essence of freedom to do their own kind of Pinoy Rock music, these guys Melvin, Kier, Mark, Jamie and Julius in November of 2007, decided to form a band that fits in Pinoy Rock. On midyear of 2008, Jamie was replaced by Alexander and their music arrived into a new raise of sound. With their new breed of music, WRECKAGE OF ELMO music, admittedly, is a little less typical and their kind of music is slowly being admired by a larger number of music listeners. However, if you guys will listen in to their tune, then that’s merely the time their sound can be heard extensively. With their tuned-down guitar riffs, low bass ends, and heavy drum beats, they keep on to rip-off the face of this earth. Having their own channels and accounts on Youtube, Myspace, Multiply and Indiejam, their own song called “SAD AND SORRY” can be now heard internationally through the World Wide Web. With the help of the RURAL ARTIST GUILD, these guys are now busy arranging their more aggressive songs soon to be heard in public.
