Sick's Pack (named for their founder and fearless leader, Sick) has defied genres since 2005. A rotating cast of brilliant Austin musicians make this project possible, seamlessly jumping from bluegrass to tango to death metal to swing. They're also known to accompany burlesque and electronic dj's, and occasionally throw impromptu musical theater spoofs for special occasions in the spirit of Frank Zappa. This high octane sextet is heavily arranged, yet accessible to the lay ear, describing their style as "an iPod on shuffle". Expect vigorous violin, horns of many shapes and sizes, and a cast of true weirdos oozing out Elfman-esque melodies whilst rolling around on the ground in punk rock spirit.

DO NOT call him Mike. his harmonica can cut you in half. he's an amazing teacher, the perfect straight man in the theatrical sense, and can do that stomache rolly bellydancer thing. JONNY PALMER - what a great loose cannon, great guitarist, songwriter, and a million dollar throat (not to mention his singing!)
