I'm interested in many kinds of music--learning. My life staples have been Joni Mitchell, Jethro Tull, Joan Baez, Jimi, Jim, Janis, Neil, Bob, Cat...you get the picture. Also, good jazz and some blues are necessary. And Leonard Cohen, Dead Can Dance, Liquid and Gregorian Chants. I gotta say, though, that no music makes me happier than the world beat drumming circles with my friends. And I can't get enough Didge.Movies

Jackson (well, almost), Johnny Depp, Katherine Hepburn,Scarlet Johannson ...I like alot of movies. And popcorn.Television
Firefly. I seem to only like dead series, such as Carnivale, Six Feet Under, Jericho, The Riches. Except now there's TRUE BLOOD!
Books
Wide range here--I love the Douglas Preston/Lincoln Child Pendergast series of suspense. And I thoroughly enjoy Christopher Moore-read his new one;'A Dirty Job'! I also read James Patterson, Kim Harrison, MR Sellars, Yasmine Galenorn, Charlaine Harris, Orson Scott Card. But I read more non-fiction than fiction and a lot of rather obscure and dead writers. Religious history and prehistory has always been an interest. **New favorite author* My well loved friend, Tony Staples, for his awesome first novel," Sword". I was honored to have read the manuscript and once begun, couldn't put it down.Heroes
My boys; Mathew for the awesome parent he's become and the tragedies he's overcome, Dustin for his quirkiness and accomplishments, and Casey for his beautiful heart and awesome talents. My Julie, who chases trouble all over the world and fixes the people in need. All of them have given me grandchildren and there's nothing better than that. And this young woman: Peace Takes Courage.
