WRIR Presents An Afternoon with Harry Shearer
WRIR is very excited to present Harry Shearer, the satirical mastermind and political commentator behind Le Show, heard right here on WRIR every Monday at 10 a.m. He's the man behind the moustache of Derek Smalls, the bassist for the legendary and loudest band in the world, Spinal Tap and the voice behind the many characters of The Simpsons.
Join us at the Byrd Theatre in Richmond, Virginia, on November 22, 2009 for an afternoon of comedic insight into the life, career and mind of one of the worlds most prolific entertainers.
Mr. Shearer's presentation will be followed by a 25th anniversary screening of the quintessential ROCK YOU mock-umentory, This Is Spinal Tap with an introduction by Harry himself.
