We welcome you to Holding of Wrist’s Myspace page. This is your home, a home for the broken, the lost, and the recovering. We are your family, your community, and your best friend.
Holding of Wrist was born in October 2008 as a dream that soon turned into reality. We focus on the hidden issues in society such as Self-Injury, Depression, and Suicide. This is the time for change. This is the time to have an honest conversation about these issues. This is the time to help each other as a community through these issues.
We believe that if we join our voices together we CAN change the world with LOVE; A ‘R[EVOL]UTION’. We’re pouring our hearts out! Can anyone hear us? No more hate, No more loneliness, No more tears, No more cuts…This is the time. There's no way you're doing this alone...We carry on through stormy weather...Through thick and thin we're by your side. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been raped, have scars down your arm, been beaten, or called worthless by your parents; you are BEAUTIFUL! You’re ALIVE for a reason.
Your scars, your past, and your dreams all tell a story which is meant to be heard by thousands! Love & hope are real, you are not alone, your story is important, and you are beautiful!

im running out of options fast ... ive been severly suicidal for 15 years (and have tried to kill myself countless times) Im currently married but my husband has reached his braking point with me and will leave if something doesnt improve ... ive been cutting a lot and i really want to die ... i dont work (and cant function at anything besides the the computer right in front of me), no insurance, have outstanding medical bills that will not be paid (i have to make sure i dont go to court for them because i cant pay court fees im sure .. thats another story), etc etc ... have been looking at programs to help low income families get medical help but checking the income requirements we do not qualify because husband makes too much (yet we live worse than pay check to paycheck) .. is severly despirate for an end soon .. hope someone can help
