Barry's Blurbs |
About me:
Well here we are. Settled in to talk about me. And why not... People have always thought that I've been into too much- too many interests going at the same time. But that's just me- keep lots of exciting things going at the same time. Why not write a video script while in auditions for commercials just before an improv workout the night before a puppetshow and a murder mystery? Why miss out on any element of life? I'm cruising through a fanciful and tribulating journey of life, and I've learned a lot about life and about me.
I'm slowly working my way back into doing art for enjoyment. Things like cartooning, watercolors, clay, paper mache, mashed potatos... Its all fun. My three children have been a wonderful joy to me. Two grown daughters in their early twenties, well on their track for thier own lives- great joys, the both of them. And an amazing teen-age son who's creativity and drive are constantly an inspiration- not to mention his sense of humor. I'm working on balancing my time between being a career guy, a dad, and just being me. Its tough, and it doesn't alway work quite right- especially when I'm trying to re-define who "me" is (or is it who "I" is? no...). Creatively, my goals are to write a short story, then a book. Plus create a short film- probably a comical horror.
Relationship- just sort of drifting for now I guess.
