Reading, Writing, Music, Traveling ... but mostly these days I only have time for Homework, playing with the kids... and the occasional concert :p

:p My favorites would have to be (in no particular order) AdmiralTwin, Everybody Else, HANSON, Stroke9, Ks Choice, Sarah Bettens, Ingram Hill, Hanson, Johnny Lang, Maroon 5, SilverChair, The Offspring, Sublime, Eve6, Blink 182, ThirdEye Blind, Robbie Williams, AC/Dc, Bryan Adams, The Bangles, Fleetwood Mac, the Eagles, Hanson, Eric Clapton/ Cream, Live, U2, Pearl Jam, Sister Hazel, NickelBack, and Nirvana... and did I mention Hanson yet?
I like all types of music but can only handle so much rap and country- I listen to some but don't like to OD on it :p
Movies
at the moment my favorites would have to be all of the Star Wars movies, Transformers, and... yeah that's about all I guess lol. Every time I watch an older favorite it seems I realize it's cheezy, for example, I just watched Bed of Roses, which used to be a favorite but theres just too much cheese.
Television
I don't really watch much TV, and luckily I'm over my day time soap addiction BUT I love House, Law & Order, and Without a Trace.
Books
I havent had time to read since I started school a year ago but anything by VC Andrews is awesome. I always bought her books and I always loved them. Also the David Pelzer books are amazing... If you haven't read his, you really should. Its inspiring to know someone actually made it through all of that and can maintain a positive outlook on life.
I can't really think of any book names right now but basically I like mysteries the best :) and *cough*ireadalotoffanfics*cough*

My name is Kat, I'm from Illinois and I'm 26 years old. I'm a mother of three beautiful boys whom I love to death - even though they are little monsters sometimes :)
Right now Im going to college, after years in the restaurant management business I decided that I'd had enough and the only way to get a better career is through education, so I'm now in my 2nd year toward a web design degree (though you cant tell it, I'm just too lazy to make my own layout :p)
I am a music fanatic, I can not get enough music in my life, more than that though I am addicted to going to concerts. I go to as many as I can, which has been far too many lately :p . My favorite bands to see live are Everybody Else, Stroke 9, Hanson, Ingram Hill and Admiral Twin. If you think you know of another band I will fall in love with live, lemme know. I'm always looking for new music to get into to keep me occupied while I wait for my other bands to come around.

Hey! I don't usually check myspace but I saw your comment so I thought I'd send you a 'hello'! We haven't talked in a LONG time. I hope life is treating you well.
We are excited to announce our CD Release Show in Chicago is going to be at the Metro June 19th! This is going to be a HUGE show for us with our friends from American Taxi, so please help us in any way you can to spread the word!
Here are a couple of things we recommend doing:
1.) Invite people to our facebook event. This is one of the easiest/most effective ways to let people know about the show. Please take 5 minutes to invite your Chicagoland friends to the show here.
2.) Post myspace bulletins. Another easy way to spread the word of Cavashawn. Let people know they need to come to Metro June 19th to see us!
3.) Pre-order tickets. Type in "Cavashawn" under promo line 2 to receive the band discount here. Make sure to grab one for you and your friends!
