As a generality, I like to rant. I've found myself doing it a lot lately. I'll get really serious about a topic and go on about it like someone actually cares. Sometimes it's about my life, my writing, my place in the world, really self-centered things that in all probability no one truly cares to hear. Other times I rant advice, pouring out supposed wisdom from some unknown tap of most-likely non-existent experience. I always have the best of intentions, but then who really gives someone advice intending to be a prick. Not that I'm implying I'm a prick, but I do come off a bit blunt sometimes, and... oh look at me, just ranting again.

About me: I fucking love film making. I'm not sure why. I mean, it's stressful, it's tedious, it's aggravating, and there's no right way to do it. Films are at the mercy of peoples personal opinions, and therefore can never be universally approved. But films are also the expressions of peoples opinions, and therefore can never be universally denied. What if I could make the perfect movie? People have always loved to struggle for the impossible. But that's part of what makes film great to me. A goal that can never be achieved, is a goal that can last forever. I'm not saying that my films will last forever, but who knows, maybe I could be a part of one of those movies that inspires someone the way my favorite movies inspire me. Making films is the best thing ever. It's inclusive, it's challenging, and it's satisfying. Even when is sucks.
Who I'd like to meet: As far as MySpace is concerned it would be cool to find old friends again, and maybe find some new ones.
