Wrock Wreggies is a two night afterparty August 8th and 9th. Both nights are 17+ and ID is mandatory. Free transportation will be provided between the Hilton Hotel, and Reggie's Rock Room starting at 9:45pm each night. Public transportation is also available, and a cab ride will run about $8. A full bar will be accessible by anyone 21+.
Day 1 (Friday Aug. 8th):
The Leaky Cauldron. 17+. ID MANDATORY!!! So don't forget them. Doors open at 10pm, first band starts at 10:30pm. Hosted by The Leaky Cauldron. Three wrock bands, Dreary Inferi, The Chocolate Frogs, and Swish and Flick, will perform before DJ Paul DeGeorge takes over for the-leaky-cauldron.org's dance party. A closing band (insert surprise here) will perform from 1:15 to 1:45. Last call for alcohol at 1:45. Free transportation will be provided to Reggie's starting at 9:45 and will be shuttling patrons back to the Hilton Hotel after the show. Proceeds will go to LeakyCon 2009. A raffle will be held to benefit the HP Alliance.
Day 2 (Saturday Aug. 9th):
17+. ID MANDATORY!!! So, again, don't forget them. Doors open at 10pm, first band starts at 10:30. Hosted by the Podcast of Awesome. Bands will include but are not limited to The Moaning Myrtles, The Parselmouths, Diagon Alley, Lord Voldi & the Dark Marks, and Catchlove. Last call for alcohol at 2:45. Free transportation will be provided to Reggie's from the Hilton Hotel starting at 9:45 and will be shuttling patrons back at the end of the night. Proceeds will go to Steps School in Addis Ababa, Ethopia. A raffle will be held to benefit the HP Alliance.
Tickets will be available through www.reggieslive.com and www.ticketweb.com starting Friday July 11th at 5pm sharp. Venue capacity is 350-400, and ticktes will go fast, so jump on them while they're still available!
