About me: My first novel, "Darkness Descending," was published in 2007. My book won first place in the Reader Views Literary Awards in the gay fiction category. I am married to a great guy who shares my common interests. I love musical theater (Broadway), traveling, writing and various sports.
Who I'd like to meet: Other writers, and of course people who are interested in reading my book!
Even though Christmas is now receding in the rear-view mirror of time, thank you for the kind wishes. And I will join you in the hopes for a happy and healthy New Year!
Hello Beth, thank you for the friendship! Congratulations on your Award for your Novel! Wishing you many more successes and blessings. Love ~ The Witch of Portobello
hey old married woman!!!! in between me chasing bigfoot, i want to know two things, where is your favorite restaurant that dutchie took you? and when is your next book coming out???? planning a vacation here and need some reading material!!!! living in norwich vermont and working at dartmouth in new hampshire, and we thought i'd never make it to IVY league!!!!
Yeah, it's always good to hear that people like your book! 'Randy' by Catherine Watkins; is available anywhere that sells books online or you can order it at your local bookstore. I have to tell you that it's a 'Diamond in the rough' with its horrible editing! But my second book 'Sweet Legend, Tales of Charity Rackham' is 100% better! I'm not sure if it's available at the online bookstores yet, but it's available at Publishamerica. Anyway let me know if you read them and I look forward to finding out what happened to Alex's mother! Have a great Sunday! CAT
Wow! Your book was awesome! The characters were great and the story was easy to read. I loved it. There was only one question that I don't remember finding out the answer to and it is: What happened to Alex's mother? I know it said that Robert was in an unhappy marriage for twenty years so I assume they divorced. Anyway, hope you have another book coming soon! I just had my second book published, go to myspace and it shows a picture of it.
Thanks, Beth, and thanks to your husband, too! Hope to see you both on the Fault Line tour next month -- the full schedule is at http://www.barryeisler.com/appearances.php.
