About me:

I'm a cozy, intimate, black box theatre who loves a full house. I offer 110 seats to anyone who supports education and the arts. Here students have the opportunity to experiment with edgier and more contemporary material. Productions are directed by doctoral candidates, feature small casts and are performed and designed by WSU undergraduate students. Please stop by, relax and enjoy our Studio Theatre located downstairs at the Hilberry!

Anyways, got any plans for next weekend? ... cuz i doooooooo! oooh, I think the pizza's here, I'm so freakin hungry right now, but it's all good. and that survey thing i was doing - THAT YOU WAS MAKING FUN OF ME FOR DOING!! - i just got paid! $76 for my first check, and since i got paid, I'm gonna do more of em, but I'm already at $184, so I'm loving it. They're so seriously stupid tho - the one I got last night was about my hair and stuff - like what kind of shampoo do I use, do I normally use conditioner ... for real, so easy. you should do it, i'm tellin yah.

Super Mario 3 the play by Joe Kvoriak and Joe Porter

A coming of age story about two friends Mark and Luke, on the day they face their fears, their faults, and an evil 300 pound lizard by the name of Koopa . A gripping comedy, described as “a play that defines a generation” that you won’t want to miss along with the plethora (I believe 7 others, but 7 constitutes a plethora right?) of other plays at the Box Fest at the Planet Ant Theatre in Hamtramck.

    Friday, August 10 8 – 10 p.m.

    Sunday, August 12 3 – 5 p.m.

Admission is $10 (but remember that’s for a plethora of plays! It’s $1.
25 per play, what a deal!)

    Super Mario Bros 3
    Directed by Keara Woods (Kvoriak)

    Mark: Joe Kvoriak
    Luke: Patrick Hanley
    Todd/Mario: Aaron Kirby
    Dad/Luigi: George Wagner
    Cheri/Karen: Keara Woods
    Samantha: Holly Portman

    Planet Ant is at:
    2357 Caniff
    Hamtramck, MI
    www. myspace. com/boxfestdetroit

Take 75 to Caniff/Holbrook, east on Caniff, Planet Ant is on the South Side of the Street, purple building it has a marque.
If you miss it, you might be a Koopa Troopa!

Be There! Unless you are an evil agent of King Koopa, then BEWARE!
