A Hereford band , The Black Mountains have digitally released a single for one week which they hope will get them to number 7.
They are an amateur band but it's a decent song which has been enough for them to appear on Channel 4 News and Radio 5 Live. You can buy the single for 79p by going to Itunes, Napster, Easy Music or Wippit and typing in "Overplayed Song" or "The Black Mountains".
They're the top single download on Easymusic at the moment and they estimate they need 45,000 sales (more or less) to get to number 7
