ILL FM is an internet radio show, founded in 2006, which streams for 4 hours every thursday evening from 8pm GMT , broadcast from Schloss Adler studios in the heart of North East London. The Pirate and Anxt! present Sonic Artists and Musicians with a public health warning !
Although our primary music policy is BREAKCORE, NOISE, EXPERIMENTAL, DARK STEP and HARDCORE we have and will continue to feature a diverse smattering of live and undead sounds from all walks of audio expression.
Now with over 100 broadcasts behind us it seems a long time since our first show streamed on the 13th of april 2006, featuring DJ and live sets from SIGMA (Ugly Funk, Dissonant), RONIN (Headfuk, One inch punch), The Pirate (Dolescam, Ill Eagle) and Anxt! (Pitchless, Dolescam).
Since then we have hosted a diverse barrage of sound makers from all over the UK and beyond, including shows broadcast from Bristol, Nottingham, Leeds and the Czech republic. We also participated in the international STREAPS multi stream experiment joining broadcasters from Germany, Holland, France and Russia in a glorious audio mess.
A recent review of our site's statistics has revealed an audience from all corners of the globe, we are proud to announce our listenership spans 70 countries including listeners in South Korea, Micronesia, Tonga and Christmas Island!
The Show recently entered it's ninth season after a short break to sort out some technical difficulties. There are over 500 hours (3 weeks solid) of down-loadable archives of Live Music and Performances from our broadcasts on the site as well as outtakes and video.
Black Mass Plastics' Thorn Industries show on the last Thursday of each month is giving way to Combat Recordings who will be taking the helm for our regular Dub/Two Step Feature and pushing out the frontiers of wonk 3d!t presents the 3rd Thursday of the month hosting an evening of wrongness.
None of this could've happened without the good people from Nottingham Area Artists Network (http://www.naan.org.uk/Mambo/) who servered us until early 2008. Big up your chests guys ! Now a days we're hosted by American station Deadly Buda Radio and although the delay on the stream is a bit longer than it was we're still transmitting in crisp 128 kbps audio - even if the presentation is still as amateurish as ever!

JawDriver is the 5th release on the party driven label Generator UK featuring 3PhazeGenerator and Aaron The Pimp. JawDriver moves with an aggressive distorted kick, followed with some swollen funk to develop the bass groove. This is joined by a shranz style kick back to develop a chunky rolling drive to the track. Lots of twisted fills and cuts accompanied by blend of filtered percussion lines all add power. Soon joined with some jackin style vocal cuts and a distoted filter with plenty of hardtek stabs. Two wicked drops add a twisted focus featuring a French gravelly voice uttering ‘Cocaine Bastard ‘! A good driving track to get the floor moving and locked on the groove. Aaaron The Pimp presents Don’t Stop that moves somewhere between Torsten Kanzler and Marco Remus with an upbeat jackin style percussion, deep solid kick and crispy hats. Some great mutoid cuts and a solid groove give this track a new mixed hardtek / jackin style edge that is much loved by many producers on the scene.
