JAZZ AT THE LUNA LOUNGE 7 CHURCH LANE LEYTONSTONE E11 1PG 8PM EVERY MONDAY THIS VENUE IS VERY CLOSE TO LEYTONSTONE TUBE STATION £5 ADMISSION AND BAR AND INDIAN FOOD I AM PLAYING THERE EVERY MONDAY WITH A QUARTET UNLESS I HAVE A GIG SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THEN THERE WILL BE GUEST SAXOPHONISTS INSTEAD OF ME. I am an alto saxophonist/composer and jazz educator based in London and have various projects of my own. These include duos with percussionist Mark Sanders playing improvised music and with Colin Oxley playing jazz standards... .. A 7 piece called FEVER PITCH playing Arabic/Indian inspired music with Stuart Hall, Chris Batchelor, Oren Marshall, Paul Clarvis, Dawson Miller and Dave Hassell... .. CONSTELLATION playing the music of Charlie Parker with Mike Outram, Simon Thorpe and Dave Wickins... .. EXPLORING STANDARDS with Mick Hutton and Tom Skinner..... SECRET with Nikki Iles, Duncan Hopkins and Anthony Michelli... .. CHANGE OF HEART with Paul Motian, Bobo Stenson and Mick Hutton.....
