About Rocket Girl

Annie, Jon and Jeff got together in early 2006 to play a few gigs together in the Dallas area. They quickly realized that they had a unique sound that crossed boundries of folk, rock, country, jazz and blues. Drummer April Samuels keeps everyone on time and reminds us that high tops are a MUST in the wardrobe! While Annie writes the majority of the tunes Rocket Girl performs , they also play tunes written by Nick Lowe, Brian Wilson, Smithereens and the occasional ACDC tune! And yes.... Jon and Jeff are related.... GoGirlsMusic.com is proud to present the 8th annual
