About me:
Wychwood is a Festival with a conscience, as well as playing host to some of the best artists from Folk, Indie, World, Pop, Jazz and Chillout, the Festival has strong associations with NGOs such as Oxfam, Friends of the Earth and Greenpeace, who all come and take part in a number of different ways from stewarding to giving workshops or showing films in our solar-powered cinema. Combine this with comedy, workshops for all ages, healing fields, global bazaar, great food and real ale and you looking at the best way to kick off the summer season.
It is a festival created by its audience for its audience , so we let them speak for themselves…
“We had such a great time with our four kids, our four year old cried when it came time to go and it's all they have talked about since!”
“Excellent festival and great music. Our group ranged in age from three to - well, me - but everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. And the kids loved the activity tents - so would I if I could have torn myself away from the music.”
“I've said it elsewhere and I'll say it again – lovely festival - I came for the rainy Saturday last year and was back for the entire weekend this time, thought it was utterly fab.”
“It was the best weekend I have had in years. I loved it. The Mrs loved it. The nippers loved it… Everybody loved it”
“As a festival virgin I didn’t have a clue what to expect, but it was absolutely fabulous…you’ve given me the bug!”
