WHAT WE DO...
• Our mobile learning center has brought hands-on clean water education to over 100,000 children and families, throughout the US.
• We engage kids' hearts, minds, and bodies in learning through fun and interactive environmental art and educational projects... like our Water’s Extreme Journey watershed education mazes.
• Wyland's 100 Whaling Walls, public art projects in life-size dimensions. These murals reshape attitudes about marine life conservation. It is one of the largest art-in-public-places projects in history... spanning five continents, 13 countries, and 79 cities around the globe!
The Wyland Foundation works with like-minded groups to keep costs low and impacts high... The Surfrider Foundation, Waterkeeper Alliance, Quiksilver Foundation, Project Aware, NOAA, US Forest Service, the United Nations Environmental Programme, the Blue Vision Summit, and many more…

The Wyland Foundation was founded in 1993 by environmental marine life artist Wyland. Just like Wyland himself, the foundation is dedicated to promoting and protecting the world’s oceans, waterways, and marine life.
The Wyland Foundation encourages environmental awareness through its worldwide education programs, life-size public arts projects and popular community events.
The Wyland Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your contributions are tax deductible.
For more information about our programs read more on this site or visit www.wylandfoundation.org.

Wyland travels around the globe celebrating clean water and healthy oceans.
This "Wyland Weekend" at the Birch Aquarium at Scripps was filled with live painting events, educational activities, and fun for all ages. The kids got to paint along side Wyland on an enormous canvas... and their collaborative masterpiece has become part of the aquarium's permanent exhibit collection.
Check back here for details about Wyland's next visit to the Birch Aquarium (or spot near you!)

“Being all fashioned of the same dust,
Let us be merciful as well as just.”
“Among the noblest in the land –
Though man may count himself the least –
That man I honor and revere,
Who without favor, without fear,
In the great city dares to stand,
The friend of every friendless beast.”
~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow~
Wishing you a Blessed Weekend filled
with Friendship, Love and Harmony!
