Wyld Type Hybrid is a long time collaboration of brothers comprised of Chuck Mahoney, also of Waiting In Vain, and Matt B. Mahoney, also of Bluebird. Their influences range from Steely Dan to Dream Theater to Weather Report and everything in between. The band has released 6 albums to date. WTH is currently working on a six album concept project, "LEGENDS". The second part, “Deus Ex Machina: Metallum” was released on November 27 2008.

Hey , I wanted to stop by and let you know what we 're up to. We just finished a very successful tour of Germany, Italy and Switzerland. We are now headed out for a few weeks touring the southeastern United States. Hopefully we'll make it to a venue near you someday soon.
