Since the start of his University career (Bachelor of Music, Postgraduate Diploma, Master of Music) Wyn has performed extensively throughout the UK with various bands, in venues ranging from small clubs on the cabaret circuit to large theatres, both on stage and in the pit.
He has been employed as a session guitarist for radio, television, film, and as a studio musician working on several albums. These include a project recorded in conjunction with Alan Parsons, which involved working at Abbey Road Studios, London.
He continues to appear regularly on S4C (Channel 4 Wales), working on programmes filmed in front of studio audiences, whilst freelancing with other artistes, most recently Katherine Jenkins and Michael Ball.
Wyn also composes a little from time to time, having had performances by players from the National Orchestra of Wales and the Society for the Promotion of New Music. He won the instrumental ensemble section for composition at the Welsh National Eisteddfod in 2000 and the 'Tlws Y Cerddor' (composers medal) at the 2007 Eisteddfod in Flintshire.
