Sounds Like
See influences and then contort and twist them.
Unique, not really set to fit into any one genre. Moody, sometimes bluesy, sometimes rock, more on the soft side, but hoping to expand it eventually into a more metal/industrial style.
And I do occasionally get funny. But shh...don't tell.
Wynter: I've been writing songs and music since I was about six, always wanting more and finally making the move to get it. My best friend Deviath is a big inluence and encouragement, as is my old buddy Kristopher Wright, mainly because they are the only people to ever really feel my music and make it along with me. I'm currently in the process of getting an album produced, and honestly don't care if I make money out of it. I just want to be able to say I did it and feel the ego stroke of people saying they love my music, they feel it, that it comes through to them. I'm hoping to collaborate with Brady Booth in the new year. He's a phenomenal guitarist and has honored me with the opportunity to work with him.
My stuff is mainly:
Original music with soft harmony but often hard/dark lyrics, frequently erotic, and full of symbolism of a religious/sexual/violent nature not meant to be controversial, just proving a point to those who get it and making me feel a whole hell of a lot better. Oddly, my songs tend to be prophetic more than they are a statement of past experiences. Some are past based however and all part of my strange life.
For songs other than those posted here, please check out the Audiostreet Page. And if you want to see lyrics for existing and in progress songs, visit Wynter's DeviantArt Page. If you like the lyrics and want to hear the song that goes with it, post a comment letting us know and well make it happen if it's possible. http://wynterzend.deviantart.com
UPDATE: Currently looking for guitarists (bass, lead, ryth.), a drummer, a violinist, and a male vocalist (for lead as well as back up). Drop a line if you're interested or know someone who might be.
It it's a short film originally done for the 48 Hour Film Contest, submitted by Bogan Monkey Productions. It's an awesome film, and I have the honor along with Lethal Injektion to be included in the soundtrack. Keep you ears open for a very rare collaboration of 'Black Dream' and 'Transplant'- music by my buds, Lethal Injektion and lyrics and vocals done by me. Hopefully it's the first of many that I get to contribute. And for those of you who notice the typo in the credits, fear not. L. Christian assures me it will be fixed. Since he and his wife often feed me and buy me booze, I'm not inclined to get too bitchy.
