I love to travel the world. I have always wanted to go to all 7 continents. So far I have 4 down... this summer I went to Africa. I'm more than halfway there. I am not needing to go to Antarctica... I realize that it's a continent and all, but it's just sooooo cold there, and I don't think that the penguins need to hear about Jesus. I also LOVE Spanish worship music. I love languages. My goal is to learn at least 7 languages. I have 2 down so far... English and Spanish. (I know a couple of phrases in a few other languages, too). I would like to learn Japanese, Swahili, Ibo, Afrikaans, and a couple of unwritten languages. I'm learning some Afrikaans right now. Hoe gaan dit met julle? Lekker! My goal: in 5 years I plan on moving to South Africa to start an orphanage for children who have been orphaned from the AIDS virus... currently more than 1 million children in South Africa alone have been orphaned because of AIDS. I would like to bring a glimmer of hope to their lives. I really can't wait to get there. This summer, July 06, I will be traveling to South Africa again. We will be doing pretty much the same thing we did last summer. We are working with Cornerstone Assembly of God (the most exciting church in the world) and university studenst from the University of Pretoria (Go Tukkies) to start a multi-racial Christian Fellowship on their campus. Right now I have about 100 DVD's between my roommate and I and we've seen almost every one!Television
