Five members, two electric guitars, one accoustic, bass, drums...and melodies.
Xbreed does not pretend to do anything revolutionary..just melodies and feelings..might they be anger, joy...and sometimes...love.
The goal is to make people's body (not only their ears) react...gooseflesh, high blood pressure...That's a hard quest..
After their first album (a live one), the second opus, "Letter to G", is out since december 2007,hoping to make the world discover their melodies and lyrics (inspired by Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, Placebo,U2...queens of the stone age, Primus etc.)...and also, their island..Mauritius

We are working on a new Album...
Xbreed Supersoul officially announces that they are going in studio to record their 3rd album..." That's normally how bands announce this kind of news :). But let's be more joyful because the band feels like it's coming alive again after a year or so of mixed feelings : The enormous joy of being selected for a festival and the deception of coming back to earth and start from zero again. Xbreed has been through harsh moments and splitting the band has even been evoked. Now, a new sound is coming to life with this 3rd album. Guylain, Roro, Armand, Laurent and Vincent want to surprise the crowd with exciting musical experiences. It might be a risk, but the speech remains the same :" If we like the music we make, there is no reason why some people around us don't like it as well.." Well, we've got the point. Crossbreed is back from reunion Island with 17 hours of video footage and thousands of pics, Samples will be posted soon. Where to get it!
Crossbreed's new album "A letter to G", is on sale since December 07 in all the well-known music-shops in Mauritius (power music shop Curepipe and Caudan, Akai, Music world Rose-Hill, Smash etc.). If you don't get it in your favorite music Shop, ASK for it...Some stores won't order the CD unless there is a demand..
