About me:

Why hello there. My name is Colby, and although I know you believe that I don't need to add anything more simply because of the fact that, hey, no one reads a chunk of text on a Myspace profile that is (god forbid) more than two sentences long, I will anyway. Oh yes, I am the profile oppressor. Hear me roar.
I am a lover of all things art, including photography (yes, certain professor I had last semester, photography is, in fact, art) and art history. I am also a lover of animation and film, and I am currently aiming to enroll in a computer animation program at my university as well as minor in cinema studies. My love of films has also molded me into a strict critic, so if want to hear my opinion on Transformers, don’t even get me started as you will hate me forever and wish me dead. Guaranteed!
I am also an audiophile, and I have an avid love for ambient and electronica music of any kind. I personally love practically any and all forms of music (the term music, of course, is strictly applied). Speaking of strict, I am also a grammar Nazi, and a dedicated one at that. How dedicated? Let's just say that chat-speak makes me die a little inside, and people unable to distinguish between "it's" and "its" make me grind my teeth.
I have been drawing practically my whole life, and ever since I was very young I had my heart set on being one thing: an animator. Well, in today’s present world, a computer animator to be more precise, whether in advertisements, television or, hopefully, feature films. I also love animals, perhaps more so than people (I have absolutely no faith in humanity whatsoever and have given up on it a long time ago), and I have had cats my whole life, although I do wish to have a dog or two someday.
I suppose that that is the nitty gritty of it all. I shall add more, or take away, if I feel the need. God, I hate writing profiles…
