The XDL Sportbike Freestyle Championship is the only series of its kind in the world. It features some of the most skilled motorcycle athletes in the world competing on sport bikes in a discipline more commonly known as stunt riding. It was started as a test event in 2005 and 2010 will represent its 5th full season. Over the last two years XDL has become the fastest-growing action sport in the US, doubling in size every year since 2007. XDL represents one of the few bright spots in the motorcycle industry. In 2010 XDL will run 6 competitions covering key markets such as CA, FL and TX, and integrating with the two biggest racing events of the year: Daytona Bike Week and MotoGP in Indy.
