Well, I can't thank you enough for the prayers. You wouldn't beleive the number of people who pray for me and my troops on a daily basis, and you can never have enough of them, and they of course are working to their fullest. Anyway, keep in touch my dear friend as I will do the same.
Hey man, saw you online so I just thought I'd send a comment. Just letting you know that I'm doing good here in Iraq. We are at a quiet place that almost never gets bombed. I have Internet in my room that runs okay, but it has a tendency to disconnect at the weirdest times and it takes a while to download videos such as the Nostalgia Critic and AVGN. Also, it took me over six hours the other day to download a five minute Fractured Fairy Tales cartoon on YouTube. I have some Halloween specials I want to download but to just download one ten minute segment takes about half a day. Anyway, tell everyone over at X-E I'm doing fine and I will try to make an appearance soon, probably to mostly talk about the Great Pumpkin. Take care of yourself man, God Bless, and I hope you are doing better.
Agreed about Danielle Harris haha. Thanks for the pic comments fellow x-er I figured this year for Halloween I would celebrate my love for the holiday with a tattoo.
Thanks for the comment and for letting everyone on X-E know about me. I don't know if I'll be on there before I get settled in Iraq since we're in Kuwait now doing training but if I find the time, I may pop in just to say hi. Of course then I will have to get back on there after I make my post to see if anyone responded. Anyway, thanks again.
Aww, thanks! Trying to forget about the Marvel buyout and spend my evening watching my birthday presents (stack of good DVDs: Back to the Future trilogy, Watchmen, Gremlins, to name a few). Take care, Teddy Ray!
Glad to see you are back home, sorry to see you ended up with a cocktail of infections. You laugh in their tiny, evil, mangled faces though! Keep up the great attitude; you are an inspiration!
I just saw your bulletin (still haven't replaced my home computer as I haven't gotten my insurance check yet). I know you won't get this until you get back, but know that I keep you and your family in my prayers constantly.
I knew someone was going to ask that. I thought the end was very flat. I really like Kevin Smith too but the jokes and how the story carried on was like shocking people to be funny and not doing a joke that just happens to be shocking. It just wasn't natural for me but I don't like a lot of modern comedies anyway so it might just be me. It seems like the really funny stuff has already been done.
Sorry to hear your mom is in so much pain, but I have a feeling that she will up doing the can-can before you know it! As for me, things are...interesting. I discovered something pretty earth shattering the other night and I had some medical test results come back abnormal so I am dealing with that, but I did get a nice promotion, so that is good.
X-E cajuncutie here. I'm so sorry for what happened. I hope your wife understands accidents do happen. I will have your mother in my prayers and hope she gets better and can have at least a semi-normal future. A walker ain't that bad. Hope your wife understands accidents do happen and this is one of the more unfortunate ones.
My uncle ran over my cousin and killed him in his Big Wheel when my cousin was 3. I will never forget that. My cousin died and my uncle never forgave himself....I don't know. I guess this is my kind of way of showing it could have been worse.
