Admittedly, McCain won Arizona, but here in Tucson (Pima County) I found it very interesting to see that the results here mirrored to the percentage point, who the USA as a whole, voted for:
I guess if a statistician or a sociologist wanted to get a quick grasp on the heartbeat of America, they could just poll the residents here in Pima County?

Sorry I did not comment back to you on your earlier message. I was in Kaifeng China getting married on my 50th birthday! But since there is a 15 hour time difference between Tucson and Kaifeng, I was actually 49 when I got married (when I actually said my vows) it wasn't until 10:50PM on my wedding night that I turned 50, hence, I slid in "under the wire" and got married BEFORE age 50! If I die on my 50th Anniversary, it will also my my 100th birthday! Ha ha ha! I just put my wedding photo album as a slide show on my profile.
BTW, I recently talked to Kristi (Johnson) Stucz and told her about your website. Remember her? Kristi? I think her desk was not far from you on the 12th floor. I was asking her if she knew of any T-shirt shops in Denver (the Demo convention coming) as she and Pete live in Littleton.
If you know of any Tshirt shops in your area (Burbank?) let me know. I will give them a smokin deal on my Obama Tshirts.

Interesting! I was just looking at the USA's least educated states.
All but one of the six states that Goldwater carried are in the bottom 10 for being educated! NOT one state that Barry Goldwater (the quintessential conservative) carried is even in the top half. These stats speak volumes! Conservatives are the least educated! Fact!
Of course, the reverse is also true:
Here are the top 5 states for most educated states in order:
1) Vermont 2) Massachusetts 3) Connecticut 4) New Jersey 5) Maine
ALL FIVE OF THEM ARE LIBERAL!
All five states are Obama states or are leaning towards Obama.
Another tidbit. This just in. Below are the top 10 obese states. Again, we see Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Louisiana.
What is my point? Not only are conservatives stupid, they eat stupid as well. No surprise to me.
