I despise reality TV and most of MTV & VH1. Also, you may notice that I'm not a big fan of any show where it is a series -- where 1 episode continues after the other forcing you to watch them all. It just seems like a waste of time to me...
About me:
I've been living in Austin, TX since May '06 and work here full-time for a technology company. On the side I run a website called The Ash Files where fans of the rock band Ash can share live bootlegs and rare media. I was born in and mostly grew up in the Houston, TX area. Hobbies/Interests: Music is my passion:
- I enjoy collecting music; espically vinyls and rare music (b-sides, demos, bootlegs, etc...). My thirst for more music can never be quenched.
- I got a synthesizer in late '06 and create and record my own songs for fun when I have time. Check out the MySpace I have setup dedicated to this here: Green Arrow. Feel free to add as a friend and comment.
- I love going to watch live music, espically at smaller venues.
- I don't enjoy dancing.
- I enjoy playing around with songs by editing them or remixing them just for fun.
- Besides rock/punk, I like techno, trance, atmospheric, ambient, and even some classical music. Although, I don't really collect much from those genres.

Personality:
I'm pretty laid back and can have fun doing just about anything. Often times it's the small things that matter the most to me. Many times I'd rather hang with a few close friends or someone individually, but I enjoy any good company. I find myself living a more "behind-the-scenes" type of lifestyle rather than putting myself into a particular scene where it might not suit me completely. Thus, I've had the privelege of meeting all different kinds of people and having a diversity of friends. I believe being diverse and open-minded allows you to learn more about everything. Honesty is extremely important to me. I lose respect for those who lie, whether it be with their actions or words. Generally, I tend to trust people until they give me a reason not to. Quality and responsibility are also very important to me. Sometimes I can be sarcastic and certain people take it the wrong way. Don't! My mind typically focuses on the present and future although I enjoy reminicising about fun pasttimes. I try to always be there for people I care about.

I basically have no life other than school and my internship... and the life I do have is spent stressing over my relationship, which is gonna end soon anyways... What's new with you???
