    What is Crossfit?
    CrossFit is a highly adaptable and ever evolving strength and conditioning program which yields elite levels of health and fitness. We incorporate Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, running, jumping, climbing, kettlebell training and any other type of challenging and functional exercise that we can create. CrossFit benefits all ages and abilities because the goal of a CrossFit athlete is simply to be as fit as possible. The training is intense, efficient, and a lot of fun! We focus on simultaneously developing the 10 General Physical Skills:


    1) Cardiovascular
    2) Stamina
    3) Strength
    4) Flexibility
    5) Power
    6) Speed
    7) Coordination
    8) Agility
    9) Balance
    10) Accuracy



    Deficiency in any one of these areas will cause a breakdown in a number of other related physical skills and may have drastic effects on an individual's physical abilities. The objective of CrossFit Inland Empire/Extreme Fitness Training is to empower you to reach your full athletic potential. Our Focus is on developing your strength, fitness, and health - both physically and mentally.
