I think there should be more goths, vamps, witches, and others on tv! I used to watch Jenny Jones and Ricki Lake and they had gothic people, vampires, witches, club kids on there...but, not anymore. There should be a tv show about these kinds of people that shows them all glammed up and doing what they do in their every day lives. I know, I would LOVE to see a show like that on tv on a channel that I can get.

Mint, juniper, orange, lavender, and rosemary water bath should help. If you don't have the herbs or flowers, you can get something called Village naturals mineral salts at walmart, the stress one; it has menthol, juniper and orange in it. And a lavender fizz ball thrown in to help relax more. You'll sleep better and get better faster. It's also a cheaper method than just meds, meds, meds.
