Too many to list, but some: music... seriously bigtime... have a few instruments, serial killers & profiling (studied extensively), psychiatry (studied extensively), severe weather (am a NOAA gov't Weather Spotter and have studied extensively), QM as long as it's dumbed down w/no math! severe geological events (studied extensively), anime (My geeky spot!), rare hot zone viruses (studied extensively), Japanese history, swords, pistols... all I have is a .9mm for now, but we have no C&C in our state... >-( , my fiends, tats (have 11, I don't think I'm done), anime and cartoon voice overs... I'd love to do that for a living! Amazing I ended up an Econ. major (?), movies... that's the short list.

Dr. Dre - "The Chronic", Alice in Chains, Iggy Pop, Portishead, Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Bleached Black, Sisters of Mercy, Iggy Pop, Black Flag, Screaming Trees, The Damned, Morphine, Ministry, Tangents, hed P.E., Soundgarden, Korn, Clapton, Frank Black, Jazz Butcher, The Clash, Foo Fighters, Wagner, The Three Tenors, Ray Lynch, Garbage, Lazy Cowgirls, Soundtracks from Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, and .hack, Led Zep, The Dead, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Fuzztones, Hole, David Sylvian, Clint Black (about the only country I like), George Clinton, Frank Black & the Catholics, Peter Gabriel, Ramones, The Distillers, Tangerine Dream, X, Run DMC, Hendrix, NIN, Santana, Pat Metheny, UK Subs, A load of bands only on vinyl... mostly obscure punk, classical and opera in general, Bowie, Lou Reed, Metallica, Misfits, Tool, Dijits, Agent Orange, Various jazz/fusion, LL Cool J, Digable Planets, Lenny Kravitz, A-3, Bob Marley... That was a very very small (and not very diverse) sample...
Movies
My Favs: The Usual Suspects, American History X, Primal Fear, Apocalypse Now, Suicide Kings, The Deer Hunter, Swimming With Sharks, Office Space, Falling Down, The Star Chamber, The Keep, Jacob's Ladder, Leon the Professional, Dr. Strangelove, Being There, A Shot in the Dark, Control Room... not much recent other than Control Room. All the LOTR movies we have on DVD and I have to take breaks for naps, they're so damned long! I haven't watched the last yet.
Television
Hate network TV... EXCEPT "HOUSE"! Nat Geog, Disc, TLC, HGTV, News Networks, Cartoon Network, History... (Mostly Cartoon Net! I used to watch news 24/7 but got sick of the shit, so did a 180 to Cartoon Net!) :P
Books
Non-Fiction... Many... Recently finished or are reading: Freakanomics, World on Fire, The Biology of Violence, The First Three Minutes... Started the entire Anne Rice series... I'm through about 9 or more books! Fiction! :D
About me: I am NOT quite 80. *snicker* heheh... I'm married. People always describe me as "eccentric"... I think they're correct. I'm an ex-Party Viking! (17 years were a blur, but I managed to do well enough in college). I had to quit w/one year left. (Daily migraines.) Spent many years doing "stuff" and having lame jobs such as property/casualty agent. I haven't worked in a long time for a variety of reasons. No, I don't have kids! God forbid! Still like to party here and there, but usually overdo it! LOVE to go see bands! I used to be a DJ in college. Alternative/Punk, and a Jazz/Fusion show. My punk show was known all over the city... (Kind of proud of that...) Lots of fun... lots of banter w/friends on air. (FYI: College for me may have started prior to your birth!) Anyhoo, I don't know if I have more college to go or not... did 7 years and still don't have a degree, but a hella lot of education. I won't post any pics of me in bondage gear or lingere or anything of the sort, (although I could!) ;D I am NOT a conservative person. I have 11 tats and several piercings, etc., and have led a "colorful" life up to this point... ;D

1. A man comes into the ER and yells, 'My wife's going to have her baby in the cab! I grabbed my stuff, rushed out to the cab, lifted the lady's dress, and began to take off her underwear. Suddenly, I noticed that there were several cabs -- and I was in the wrong one.

4. During a patient's two week follow-up appointment with his cardiologist, he informed me, his doctor, that he was having trouble with one of his medications. Which one, I asked? The patch, the nurse told me to put on a new one every six hours, and now I'm running out of places to put it! I had him quickly undress, and discovered what I hoped I wouldn't see. Yes, the man had over fifty patches on his body! Now, the instructions include removal of the old patch before applying a new one.

6. I was caring for a woman and asked, 'So, how's your breakfast this morning? It's very good, except for the Kentucky Jelly. I can't seem to get used to the taste,' the patient replied. I then asked to see the jelly, and the woman produced a foil packet labeled
