Sometimes we have to fight to come to terms with the past.
And sometimes we bury our regret, by promising to change our ways.
But our biggest regrets are not for the things we did... but the things we didn't do.
The things we didn't say that could save someone we care about.
Especially when we can see the dark storm that's headed their way.

On September 9th we will play our first album , Auditioning My Escape Plan, in its entirety
On September 10th we will play our second album, Experiments With Truth, in its entirety
Both shows will take place at the Barfly in Cardiff and both shows are 14+
Each show is £7 in Adv from www.ticketweb.co.uk or you can buy a ticket that gets you into both nights for just £12 !

na just did a few things around my flat and im off to le gym now.
i used to live in bridgend and st.athan (near llantwit), i can honestly say i had the unhappiest years of my life in wales haha its true though im afraid.
babe i have the monday feel everyday :D
