We are a vegan and straight edge band. Our songs are about things you're probably familiar with- urban poverty, the soullessness of consumerism, the exploitation of animals, the subjugation of women, corrupt and racist cops (ACAB!), the constant struggle to remove ourselves from these things, and remove these things from the world. Hardcore bands have been talking about this stuff since the 80's, and over 20 years later all these ideas are still (if not more) important. So while some bands trade their ideals for merch sales and some kids trade their outrage for a pair of sneaks, we'll continue to maintain the ideas, ethics, and fun that lay- however buried- at the foundation of this movement and scene.
Hey you guys are badass and keep doin what you're doin. I read the lyrics blog and its awesome to know that there are some bands still out there that will write about life and all the shit that comes with it, in short, some real fuckin shit. The side of life and society that some people will never see, now i wanna jam to BFB haha. By the way come to texas sometime, we'd love to see you here!
