i have the cutest puppy ever to exist on earth...i have been blessed with an ability to help people heal...their bodies, their minds, their souls...i know more talented, creative, caring, loving people than anyone on the planet deserves to know...and i am grateful every day for these gifts in my life, and all the other gifts the universe provides for me daily.

if i were a cologne i would be "contradiction"... i love eggs (ok egg whites) but i won't eat chicken... i love the morning, but prefer to sleep in... i am nature girl, but i live in the city... i snowboard and mountain bike, yet i reside in florida... it goes on...you'll see...

i was born in new york...upstate...the pretty part not the city part. moved before i had time to appreciate it. grew up near detroit...detroit will always have my heart...the city makes me sad...so beautiful, such potential, but it's just wasting away and being eaten up by all the wrong people...such a familiar story...

i can't believe i've been in florida over a decade!!! i moved to saint augustine in 97...st auggie is amazing...i am really starting to miss the ocean...came to the tampa bay area in 02...tampa is an odd little place...it seems whenever i am about to give up on it another amazing opportunity comes my way...i work with the best of the best in tampa and across the country

i read alot, i myspace alot, i listen alot, i love to learn new things, i love to meet new people, i don't always feel that i have much to add to a conversation, sometimes i talk too much, i fall asleep during movies, i've seen garden state more times than i could count, but if you haven't seen it i will bring it over and watch it again. i think it's the little things, i like to keep it simple, for the most part it's good to be me...
