Psyrin was formed in early 2008 by members Evan Brundage and Bret Weissmann. Within months, we finished our instrumental EP "Aphelion". 6 instrumental tracks of ambient/soundscape bliss with a concept following our mother earth. Shortly after, started recording our first full length album "To Discover Ambiance". About 5 months into it, we ran into some technical issues. Our computer was busted and we feared the worst, our work would be erased. After fixing the computer, we began recording again with a new sense of confidence. This time around, we decided to take things in a bit of a different direction, we decided to add vocals into our music. About a year after releasing "Aphelion" we finished our newest work "To Discover Ambiance". 12 tracks of serenity, agony, love and hate bundled together into an album. Each track transforms into the next, an ongoing story that doesn't end until the albums over. As of now, we're working on yet another album, E:O5. Our first album that does not follow a concept, but spectates one mans battle between happiness and misery. In the process, we're working out the final touches of "To Discover Ambiance". Expect to see our album on sale soon!
