If Vincent Price, Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff had ever thought about forming a band, they would surely have been the most important influence on the X-RAY HARPOONS' sound. Actually, these five "followers of fuzz" from Bonn themselves seem to have emanated from an old b-movie, and watching them live on stage offers one the same spine-chilling, blood-curdling pleasure that used to draw large audiences in genre classics like “Plan 9 from outer space” or “Night of the living dead” back in the 50's/60's.
Organ-driven and fuzz-drenched, the HARPOONS’ music is dedicated to the pre-punk/garage-sound of the mid-60's and in particular to the neo-garage sound of the 80's/90's. Influences? This might turn out to be an endless list, but to name a few bands: The Music Machine, The Brogues, We The People, The Fuzztones, The Gruesomes, The Gravedigger V, and so on...

Dynamic duo from Hellsinki city. Founded 2006. Someone said Black Magic Six sounds like a mixture of Howling Wolf and Venom, another claims that there's some influences for The Stooges, Dead Kennedys, Sweetheart or AC/DC. They are all wrong. Black Magic Six sounds like a satan's masterplan, the organs of Stalin and a howl of a Kallio-werewolf - all mixed together. No Mercy.

The Rotating Flashbars sind eine junge und wilde Band aus Solingen, NRW. Sie Machen Ass-Kicking-Teenage-Garage-Rock-And-Roll, und ziehen live ne verdammt heiße Nummer ab. Textlich geht es um wichtige Dinge wie Drogen, Liebe, und Saturday Night Action. Auch eine Orgel ist bei manchen Liedern mit im Spiel, und unterstreicht mit wundervollen Melodien die schrammigen Gitarren Rifs. BE PREPARED FOR EVERYTHING

..Wow, I can't believe that's a Fuzzface clone, it sounds better than an original. I need to get one of those! I'm using a Mosrite Fuzzrite on "Kiss Me Quick". I also use a Maestro Fuzztone sometimes
