About REFOUNDATION Records & Booking

Refoundation Records:
We aim to run an independent label able to put out some underrated, good, passionate hardcore bands who do not sing only boring empty rigmaroles, but try to keep forward meaningful messages and ideas. One euro of the proceeds of the sale of each album will be donated to those groups and people who fight in the name of Animal, Humyn and Earth liberation.

Three vegan kids who are trying to improve an apathetic hardcore scene. We book shows for interesting bands who have something to say; we do not care only about the music, but we think that the message, the attitude are basic for the hardcore movement.

APOCAPLEXY [new TRAKTOR LP OUT NOW!!]	Nov 19 2009 7:58 PM Traktor - Lights LP finally out on vinyl! The soundtrack for the wedding party of anger & gloom. Traktor from Sweden, which are not only highly considered in circles of connoisseurs because of their extraordinary live qualities, perfect their grim chaos-core on their first full length, entitled Lights. The typical Traktor sound from the early days with indigestive breaks and dissonant guitar riffs in the vein of famous San Diego bands like Drive Like Jehu or Swing Kids is getting enobled with dark & calm passages. Although the album was mastered in the much sought-after Tonteknik-Studio in Umeå, the regulary comparisons to Refused or early JR Ewing are less present, then genre bulks like Lack or Breach. Lights is an album designed for a cheerless winter, post-hardcore between aggression & depression.

Proprio in questi giorni lo staff ha aggiornato tutta la parte di amminstrazione, in modo da ottenere uno strumento sempre più versatile che permetta una maggiore rapidità nella pubblicazione di tutti gli articoli. Ad oggi UGA si avvale di uno staff composto da 20 collaboratori, più alcuni free lance, pronti a spolparsi tutto il materiale che passa per le loro mani, ciò ha portato ad una notevole crescita delle recensioni che ora si aggira sulle 30 40 pubblicazioni mensili, più di una al giorno quindi.
