glossary: straight edge- a lifestyle rebelling against the norm, consisting of respect for one's own body, no drugs, alcohol, cigarettes or promiscuous sex
meaning to me: a way i live for myself and myself only, i'm not doing this to say "i'm better than you" i do it out of respect for my own body. what bothers me most is people who pretend to be straight edge but really aren't because you'll find them drinking a beer and trying to bone some chick they just met
