I just found a few more Van Halen bootlegs on the internet (I have about 10 or 11 in all, now), and I like the really early stuff, the cover band days...Now that I've heard Van Halen do this Budgie song, "In for the Kill," I wondered if that influenced the later Van Halen song, "We Die Young." They sound a bit similar, especially from the start through the first verse.
