MySpace a place for friends

The search for an identity has taken it's toll on me. Went through all kinds of labels, trends, sports even. Never got to fit in anywhere. I was too comformist for the goths, too capitalist for punks, too "laughy" to be emo, too kind to be scene, too weird to be a preppy girl...Well I got tired. I had no clue what to do. I must tell you, many times I felt like causing the end. I was about to collapse, to fall, and have a breakdown. Then I met music. Music didn't have a real impact on my life before that event. I did listen to it, I had a few cd's even, i would sing loudly. I even tried playing guitar, unfortunately I abandoned it due to my lack of motivation...It's incredible, how music can have such an impact in one's life. I had my mind cleared, my ideas organized, everything became bright. I can honestly say I am a happy person, as ridiculous as it sounds coming from a 16 year old girl. I went back to the guitar, found an inspiration strong enough to last me for a lifetime, and I'm giving every single drop of energy I have to achieve my dreams, and I when I say every drop, I mean it. One day I'll be there, hopefully inspiring people as this one band inspired me, just by doing what I most love. :) and that's mainly me~...

Nice people I guess. People with a sense of respect and a real open mind. Being part of the counterculture doesn't mean you are open minded. Trust me, I know of that. "I'm a punk, oh fuck i can't stand emos" clearly show your closed mind. You just have different ideas.
